Got Milk? Then you and your children may GOT CANCER too in your lifetime…
June 12, 2009
..Well use it sparingly if you must!
Dairy Fact:
If you consume more than 1 glass of milk per day you are actually increasing your risk of developing prostate, ovarian & breast cancer over time.*
Dairy MYTH:
Consuming dairy helps with growth because of calcium/bone growth.*
75% of cows are now milked DURING their pregnancy - yes, you heard me. This is entirely unnatural & no other mammalian species milks during pregnancy b/c lactation doesn’t happen naturally during ovulation.*
So at a time when naturally in cows, just like humans, during pregnancy when hormones are extremely amped up in the body such as estrogen & progesterone, the cows are milked so these extremely high hormone levels are added to our milk for human consumption.
Yes my friends..it is not the milk that is making you grow, it’s the added hormones your body is taking in VIA the milk that is making you grow.
And people can’t yet seem to figure our why kids are maturing faster today, or our breast cancer/female cancer rates continue to rise…hmmm, I wonder…
In fact, research actually shows you will get significantly more bone growth/strength from doing weight bearing exercise than a glass of milk any day.*
So the next time you pick up your glass of milk, we recommend you throw it down the drain as you head out the door for some exercise!
